After more than 10 years, I'm picking up my old painting style again and creating a painting of Tuscany. I had worked for over a decade in this style using tea, coffee, watercolor, acrylics, salt, and lacquers. When I moved on to the colorful Neo-pop Art style, I left this technique behind.
Thanks to clients who commissioned a piece of Tuscany, I was able to pick up this old style and realized I hadn't forgotten how to do it. Once you have mastered a style, you can always go back to it, no matter how much time has passed.
Here you see the Tuscany painting in the making with iconic buildings of Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, and others.
